Our tour leader was very good and the first hotel was very nice. The next one not so nice and so on. The hotel Mimos in Quepos was just about the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I found the activities to be very expensive and thought some were definitely overpriced. I was not the only one in the group to feel this way. Based on my experience in Costa read more Rica, I would not book with G Adventures again .

It has been an amazing trip, the best experiences, and I will be taking away the most amazing memories. So much was packed into the 10 days, that allowed you to see a variety of what Costa Rica has to offer and helped you to embrace the culture. Pura Vida! You had some down days to chill, or make sure to plan your own exploration to get even more out read more of it. Our guide, Jurgen, was great, very knowledgeable, made you feel safe, and was always willing to help you. You could tell he truly loved the country and wanted to share it with us, it was infectious!
One of the best highlights of the trip was our tour guide and CEO, Paul. He was flexible, intelligent, respectful, and considerate of all our needs. We had a diverse group of people all of which were taken care of individually and and as a group. Costa Rica is an amazing country. You learn the essence of "Pura Vida" from the start. You are greeted by read more everyone with phrase. It's a philosophy intertwined in the fabric of the country. We were a very active group for the most part but you had many opportunities to just kick back and relax if you wanted to. The hotel accommodations were the best G Adventures ever offered. 5 stars all around.

My trip to Costa Rica was very professionally planned and organized to small details. In two weeks I have visited and seen a lot of great places in Costa Rica. Experienced a home stay with locals, I was cooking local food and many other things. My trip to Costa Rica was an unforgettable experience, but unfortunately short. Next time I plan to stay read more for a longer time in the beautiful country of Costa Rica.
I do not normally travel with guided tours but decided to try it for this trip due to lack of planning time. This was such a good experience! Tracey with Global Journeys was very helpful in guiding us through our booking process and helping us prepare for the trip. Our Collette tour manager Guillermo was very knowledgeable and really cared about each read more of the people on the tour having a great experience in his country. Our tour group only had 19 people in it, and we were all a little family by the end of our 2 weeks together. The hotels were very nice, the food was good, and the wildlife was phenomenal. I would definitely recommend this trip to anyone considering it!
