Itinerary
Arrive at any time. After meeting your CEO and group at the welcome meeting, opt to head out for a group dinner.
Set out for a memorable Vietnamese foodie tour and cooking class. Enjoy a welcome drink with the chef before venturing into the busy market, where your guide will talk about local ingredients used in Vietnamese cuisine. Taste some delicious street food along the way, then continue to a 100-year-old French colonial building to begin your cooking class. Enjoy a market-fresh lunch — made by you! — and end the meal with an egg coffee demonstration. With free time this afternoon, opt to further explore Hanoi, or take a countryside cycling tour. (B/L)
