Great cruise but noisy suite   0 , QLD, Australia, Aug 2026
This was our first time cruising with Azamara and we really enjoyed it. Great staff, good food and a smaller number of passengers, albeit an older crowd. We had a Club Continent suite on deck 8. The benefits you get with these suites are well worth the extra dollars. In particular the unlimited dining in the 2 specially restaurants and laundry. We ate read more one night in the general dining room and never went back because the two specialty restaurants were so good. We also did their chefs table which was outstanding.

Unfortunately our suite was on the starboard side though, below the buffet restaurant which is on deck 9, and it was VERY noisy. Lots of banging, scraping and water pumps going off in the night. As they were unable to move us, the staff did their best to minimise it, which we appreciated. We would not choose a suite on this side again though. We upgraded to the ultimate indulgence package and found it very worthwhile. Especially the fact Moet champagne is included. We were however disappointed in the wine selection. Very limited and just ok wines. Our white night was rained out so that was unfortunate but the Azamazing evening was fantastic and well organised. The premium internet is still pretty slow but at least you can check emails etc. We would recommend this cruise but with a suite in a different location We would also book again through Hannah at Global Journeys who we found to be so responsive and fantastic.
Very enjoyable cruise through Western Europe and the Baltic.   0 , VIC, Australia, Jun 2026
This was our first cruise with Azamara. We loved the itinerary, the laid back atmosphere on the ship, an amazing crew and more dining options than you could poke a stick at.
Azamara Journey 0 , TAS, Australia, May 2026
Not a cruise I would consider again. Constantly trying to sell more services. But, strangely, the on board shop is mostly closed and held little of interest. The bathroom is small and uncomfortable, with a toilet at an angle and no legroom. I had to sit sideways. Ship maintenance seemed lacking. The mandatory safety drill is a bit of a joke. Food is read more ok but not impressive. Prime C restaurant is good. Acqulina is supposedly Italian food, one of the worst pastas I have tried, had to send it back and get a soup instead. Had a far better experience on MSC and Royal Carribbean.
Highly recommend Azamara Norway Intensive Voyage 1 , WA, Australia, Jul 2025
Hannah from Global Journeys was great to deal with, and made the quotes and booking easy. Azamara are great to travel with the smaller ships can get into ports larger ships can't. Getting off for excursions doesn't take long, with a maximum of 700 guests, plus the crew are very organised and efficient. There is a huge choice of food available on the read more ship to suit all tastes. You can dine in the dinning room or at the Buffet, the food is excellent in both locations. Norway is breathtakingly beautiful, we are so glad we chose this trip, there was still snow on the mountains in late summer, but we were only in T Shirts as the weather was warm and fine. Being above the Arctic Circle for 5 days was great, we hadn't been to North Cape before.
An interesting way to travel home from Japan. 1 , SA, Australia, Apr 2024
An interesting cruise from Tokyo to Singapore. We visited many ports that we otherwise would never have visited. Unfortunately the weather during our trip was extremely wet which limited our enjoyment a little.
A Good Introduction to Asia 5 , SA, Australia, Apr 2024
We thoroughly enjoyed our cruise on Azamara Journey. The staff and food were excellent. We stopped at a couple of ports in Japan and then visited Taiwan, Hong Kong, Vietnam and Singapore. We went on shore excursions at most ports, some through the cruise line, others we arranged privately, which we preferred as the groups were much smaller and we had read more a more personal experience. Our favourite place was Da Nang in Vietnam. Global Journeys made the booking simple, helped when we had issues with the Azamara web site, and as usual got us a very good deal. Thank you.
