Embarkation from 4:00pm
Welcome to Amsterdam, where centuries of history meet contemporary life along 160 picturesque canals. After embarkation, join us for a welcome aperitif and dinner on board, followed by a lively maritime concert by a traditional shanty choir. Your ship remains overnight in Amsterdam.
Canal Cruise & Scenic Rhine Passage
Did you drift through Amsterdam's waterways during the night? This morning, you experience them firsthand on a combined city and canal tour. Meanwhile, your ship sails on to Utrecht, where you rejoin for lunch before continuing south. Relax on the sun deck and enjoy the gently unfolding scenery of the Lower Rhine.
Cologne — Tradition Meets Modern Life
Cologne reveals its many facets today. A guided walk leads you through the charming Old Town, past the iconic cathedral, historic squares, and lively Rhine promenades. For a taste of local culture, join a Kölsch beer tour and discover the city's celebrated brewing traditions. The afternoon is yours to explore, shop, or simply soak up the vibrant atmosphere.
Upper Middle Rhine Valley & Lorelei Passage
An unforgettable morning awaits as you cruise through the legendary Upper Middle Rhine Valley, a UNESCO World Heritage Site dotted with romantic castles and crowned by the dramatic Lorelei Rock. In Rüdesheim, explore the charming wine town on a guided tour, including a visit to Siegfried's Mechanical Music Cabinet — a delightful journey into musical history.
Half-Timbered Romance on the Main
Today is devoted to two enchanting towns. In Wertheim, wander through winding alleys, admire half-timbered houses, and visit the Glass Museum to learn about centuries of craftsmanship. Continue to Miltenberg, where the medieval market square, historic town hall, and mighty Mildenburg Castle create a timeless setting. In the early evening, your ship continues upstream.
Würzburg & Franconian Wine Traditions
Discover Würzburg on a guided stroll through elegant streets and lively squares, culminating in a visit to the magnificent Würzburg Residence, a UNESCO-listed masterpiece of Baroque architecture. Back on board, a Franconian wine tasting invites you to savor the flavors of the region.
Bamberg — A Living UNESCO Treasure
Arriving shortly after midday, you explore Bamberg, the former imperial and episcopal city whose beautifully preserved old town is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. A guided walk reveals splendid Baroque facades and romantic half-timbered houses, or choose an active E-bike tour as part of our Amadeus Active Program.
Disembarkation after breakfast
