Loved the food, friends we made and the places we stopped. Highlights were Bratislava and the Kremlin trips. Most of the shore excursions were awesome.

They genuinely took a interest in helping me get the most I could from the cruise. They took the time to talk to you so you understood what was going on and they all made you feel apart of the Travelmarvel Family. Which I will hold close to my heart for a very long time.

Because of their efforts, I could find exactly what I needed and I was very satisfied with the cruise and Travelmarvel. I will continue to visit Travelmarvel and Global Journeys. I know that their efforts did not go unnoticed. Travelmarvel and Global Journeys have put together a talented team that makes you feel respected and valued. We found October was a lovely time to go many shops with there Xmas decorations and markets looked beautiful. We went on travelmarvel diamond and it was fantastic. The whole trip from start to finish was just brilliant. Small enough for it to be very personal. I needed a gluten free diet and that was extremely well catered for by everyone on staff. As we were early in the season (April & May) it wasn't as busy as later on and even though the weather was cool at times it was great. Food and wine were exceptional, staff great and Marion was so good at keeping everyone on track.

Our cruise was made with another couple. Leading up to the cruise four of us traveled through EU with a hire car /B&B for 18 days. Our whole experience was 5 weeks via an anti clockwise direction journey starting and finishing in Amsterdam. It was good to unpack 'once' when we boarded the boat at Budapest. On the second night we happened to dine with two ladies from APT and they were very interested in our observations and again they confirmed that the TravelMarvel style market segment is well positioned and is growing solidly. We can see why! We did have to do a 'boatswap' at Passau - bused to Nuremberg, due to low water levels in the Main Canal. This was expertly and professionally handled (Diamond Jewel). Everything from start to finish was so good. The excursions daily were good value, plus if you wanted you could pay extra to see even more. We did that with our excursions to Cesky Krumlov and the Schonbrunn Palace. Meals were of high quality and all small portions, which is clever considering dinner can be 5 courses. Only one beer was available with meals, it was nice but following the regions would have been just a little better. The staff of the ship were outstanding from our waitress to the cruise director. Our cabin bed was of a very high standard. We loved TravelMarvel and when we do our next cruise they will be the company we use.

Rating Global Journeys as our travel agent, Hannah has represented you beautifully. A travel agent becomes the 'face of an organisation' and Hannah has represented you very well. All enquiries were promptly answered, particularly in the beginning as we did have questions, this being our first cruise. The trip was something we have wanted to do for a long time. But I have been dependent on a dialysis machine to keep me alive for a number of years. In March 2014 I was given a chance of a new life when I received a kidney transplant. Our cruise in March 2015 was a 1 year anniversary of that transplant and we experienced so much. What an anniversary we had!

I wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our river cruise with Travelmarvel. The cruise could not be faulted in anyway. Sandra and I had a lovely time on our European River cruise. It certainly lived up to our expectations. We were well looked after by all the crew on the Travelmarvel Jewel. Many thanks to you Hannah. Everything went according to your plan. We had a wonderful trip. The boat and crew were all good. We wanted for nothing on board. The extra excursions were all worthwhile. Could have been slightly more onboard entertainment. Thanks again for your organising. We had a lovely time.

As we were one of the younger ones in the group (55yrs) the pace for us could have been a little bit quicker, but we did know this before we went. With younger people now booking these tours maybe this could be looked at. Having said that we had a terrific time and would definitely do another river cruise.
