The absolute highlight of both stages of our journey (Italy and Slovenia/Croatia) was the tour leaders. They demonstrated great interpersonal and relational skills, integrity, flexibility and humour as well as a deep knowledge and passion for their respective countries. We learnt a lot from them and we'll be forever grateful to them.
