Having booked this holiday from the UK we must express that it was incredible value for money! Equally our Global Journeys booking process was comprehensive and easy to follow by providing step by step electronic information which never failed. All in all our holiday was brilliant, Grand Pacific truly know how to look after their customers and seem to maintain the highest level of service that you could expect in New Zealand. I think that the secret of their success it that they stick to their NZ market rather than spreading themselves thinly by dabbling in other countries. All of their partners such as hotels, venues and activity providers on the itinerary treated us with priority over other tour companies throughout the trip. I could go on and on as we feel incredibly lucky to have stumbled across the Global Journeys website when researching a holiday in NZ and further more we couldn't have achieved anywhere near as much by hiring a car and going our own way.

Enjoyed our trip, Tour Guides excellent, accommodation top class, tour pace a little hectic, however if you want to see all the attractions then you have to expect this. Overall would recommend.

Grand Pacific coaches were very comfortable and clean. The tour drivers were professional, knowledgeable and both had a great sense of humour. The Tour Guide was always there for advice and solutions to any problems. Accommodation was of superior quality and the meals were very nice. Absolutely fabulous trip!!!! November weather was perfect. Good company, good food, good accommodation and great scenery. So great I'm doing it all again just in case I missed something. Our 19 Day Grand Pacific tour of New Zealand was excellent. Both our drivers, Russell in the North Island and Alex, in the South were very knowledgeable. We had an absolutely fantastic holiday, experiencing so many things in the time we had. The accommodation was great, although a couple of the places were a bit tired. The Scenic hotels were unbelievable, especially their bed toppers and pillows. Our tour guide on the North Island was just brilliant, so friendly and informative which made our holiday perfect. The South Island guide was very informative too, certainly knew his job, but we thought lacked a bit of the personal touch. He didnt mix with us much at all and did not drive as smoothly as our other driver, was safe enough but just not as smooth. We all commented that we were very spoiled with our first driver and tended to compare the South Island driver to him. We would recommend this Grand Pacific holiday to anyone and also booking through Global Journeys, the contact and efficiency of Kirby was so good and helpful from start to finish. Well done to both parties.

We did have a little concern at the length of the tour and the amount of people however neither of these was a problem. To see NZ comprehensively this way I would not have liked to do in any less time and our fellow travelers were a great group and the camaraderie was excellent. The hotels were very good with very friendly and helpful staff. Our drivers were very informative and we always felt very safe with their driving. Brilliant viewing windows in the coaches and very comfortable. I do think it would be preferable to have a driver and a guide however so the driver can just concentrate on the road. And of course the scenery and inclusions were all very good. The optional extras on offer that we chose were excellent.

Had an amazing time. Both coach captains made this a very informative and funny 19 days. Hotels, food & standard of activities were all above expectations. Needed two days off to recover.

We had a fantastic trip on Grand Pacific tours through New Zealand, our bus drivers were both excellent and very informative. We made lots of friends and have plenty of fond memories.

We have been home for a short while now but just wanted to send you a note to say what a wonderful time we had in New Zealand. We started out a little skeptical of our coach tour, never having been on one before but from day one we had a ball. The scenery of the country was magnificent, the people friendly and welcoming and the knowledge of the coach captains enormous. Every day there was something new and exciting on the itinerary. Very occasionally there was a hotel room that might have been better but the same could not be said of the meals which were always plentiful, well presented and delicious. On the final day the train was over an hour late (can't blame you for that) and we were running late for the farewell dinner but we still had a great time. If we were to be critical of anything it might be that the method of seat rotation was not well explained to the new people joining the group on the South Island. Overwhelmingly this tour has our endorsement. The people with whom we travelled, and we had the best, put the icing on the cake. For your part, we thank you for the manner in which you helped and kept us informed from the very first enquiry until the day the tour began. We would have no hesitation in booking future tours with your company.

Enjoyed the fact that Cole Marsh our guide on North Island was Maori. His passion for his culture was infectious and the history he shared with us was very informative. Towards the end of our tour on South Island the devastating Earthquake hit Christchurch. We were due to go back into Christchurch the day after the Earthquake. Naturally that couldnt happen. The way our Guide Warren, handled the whole situation was to be admired. Alternate arrangements were made, we were found accommodation, fed and looked after very well. Nothing but admiration for Warren he was under his own personal stress with his family back in Christchurch, but made our needs a priority. Would recommend this Tour to anyone - just great. Only thing was we needed a holiday to get over our holiday!

They were very quick to find us alternate accommodation as we were due into Christchurch the day after the earthquake. We were very pleased about that.

Very well organised. Had a great time. Wonderful country and people. Early morning rises took a bit of getting use to. Watch your waist line. Would loved to have stayed longer.
