I would recommend Trafalgar tours to anyone, Costsaver experience was exceptional, although fairly fast paced. The optional excursion experiences made the holiday and recommend travellers to budget and take advantage of these.

Our tour with Trafalgar was very good, it was a bit hectic but it covered many famous places and scenic places. The tour director Mike Kobrak did excellent job considering the number of people on the tour and the large crowds at many famous places. I had no need to contact Global Journeys with any problems either before we went away or on tour so I will have to give you a score of 10 out of 10. I came across Global Journey's via a Google search when looking for other ways to book the Trafalgar tour my husband and I were interested in. Michelle was great in responding to my email the next day (as I sent my email on the Sunday). I was really happy with the quote as it suited what we were looking for and very competitive in price. Michelle was ...read more very helpful too by adjusting some details of our booking in regards to flights and pre/post accommodation to add to our overall travel experience. When payment was required, it was very easy to bank deposit to secure our booking. Our travel plans ended up being 5 weeks before departing. Leading up, Michelle was informative and proactive by forwarding on confirmations, details to register online with Tragfalar and also confirming postal address details to send our documents through. Finally extending her customer service be be of any other assistance we may need.

It was a big decision to go on holiday. It had been many years since we had taken time out for ourselves. Our overall European Holiday Experience was amazing. Having the advantages of been on a guided tour with the added bonus of an excellent tour director and beginning our holiday with having all the stress and hassle taken out by the help of your company really made the difference. I would highly recommend both your services for any travel plans and also our Trafalgar tour for those wanting a taste of Europe (without the luxury of having weeks aboard). Due to expenses, I'm not too sure when our next travel plans can happen but I would definitely reach out for your service to have yet another wonderful experience.

Tour was good overall. Bottled water on the coach was great. Simon and Ivan were fantastic, would like to tour with them again. Had an issue on the first day which has been discussed with our Tour Consultant privately.

Our experiences were unparalleled due in principal to our super Tour Director - Brek Collings. There are no superlatives to describe his knowledge, professionalism, attention to detail and congeniality. The restaurants in Rome were a rip off and dishonest, perhaps Trafalgar could include dinners in this 'risky place'. Finally, Trafalgar could make it abundantly clear that the 'Optional Excursions' are more or less mandatory and have been left as optional only because the basic Trafalgar Tour is a CostSaver one. We enjoyed all the excursions but there were some in our tour group that were financially unprepared.

I will treasure it very much. Excellent tour, really wonderful, beautiful, amazing scenery, views, rides (cruises, gondolas cables, horses carriages) historical places, museums, famous statues/buildings, gardens and well guided by our Local Tour Guides (Christine, Patricia, Agatha). Trafalgar Director Tour Guide - Jon O'Reilly - your the best! A very funny-comedian, never dull moment, very helpful, understandable, approachable and very good & kind to all of us (47 of us from all over the world). We loved every time when you started singing in the coach Jon!!!! You made us laugh all the the time. The coach driver Christof - I nickname hm as Smirnoff just for fun - you are really an excellent driver - you made us feel safe in every way, & thank you for all your help in loading & unloading our luggage as well as Jon. I think that's the hardest part especially towards the ending of the tour. Our bags started to feel like a ton of bricks. I hope everyone in our group appreciated it, too. Accommodations (two places just alright, the rest very good), meals-B/D very good, extra excursions were excellent. My highlights of the tour, I think, for me - everything! Especially the Amsterdam scenic canal cruise, Venice Gondola live Serenade Rides with champagne, Roma Collosseum, Vatican Museum, Sistine Chapel etc. The beautiful Alps scenery in Lucerne & most of all the Christmas lights of the Eiffel Tower at exactly 10pm. IJ's amazing linguistic skills in the countries we visited and the overall expertise in matters of history and geography made us feel that it was all well worth the cost. He and the driver together was a good and pleasant combination throughout the trip and we were well pleased. He had the same enthusiasm at the start of the journey as he did at the end of the journey which was remarkable.
