Great cruise up the west coast of Africa 0 , SA, Australia, May 2026
The booking with Global Journeys was handled really well. Our queries were always answered promptly. The ship, Oceania Regatta, was first class and we enjoyed cruising on a smaller ship. Every port stop was well organised. Unfortunately we could not visit Cape Verde due to inclement weather which also left no time to stop at Agadir. Shuttle buses were read more available at most ports to go into town. We thought that the shore excursions were a little on the expensive side. We enjoyed a wonderful experience all round and certainly recommend Global Journeys and Oceania for the next vacation.
Comfortable trip in the path of the Shoguns 0 , NSW, Australia, Mar 2026
Oceania provided a comfortable sector of our 3 weeks in Japan. Meals were great and service and staff were outstanding. Many tours offered were expensive and necessitated long bus journeys and or walks to reach destinations. There could have been some effort given to the historical nature of the cruise path and background to what we were to see, before read more we arrived at ports, some of which were not located close to centres. The guest lecturer Mrs. Lowenstein was both informative and entertaining on the last 2 days of cruise when we were at sea. Such overviews might have been insightful prior to departure. The last stop was a wasted opportunity, arriving on dusk when things were shutting and dark. A stop however that was necessary for refueling and food supplies loaded for the next voyage on Tokyo return. The highlight of our trip was our hotel and week in Tokyo before the cruise. The Hotel Chinzanso was an exquisite slice of Japanese culture and modern society in Northern Tokyo.
Amazing trip 0 , QLD, Australia, Dec 2025
Can highly recommend the Antarctic Triumph trip with Oceania Cruises. Excellent itenerary, amazing scenery and excursions and wonderful food and accommodation aboard the ship.
The highlight of the cruise Palms to Andean Peaks 2 , VIC, Australia, Nov 2025
We have been with Oceania many times, so we know what to expect. The meals are excellent, particularly like the Aquamar Kitchen's healthy food and drinks. The other specialty restaurants are an indulgence, superb dining. I have gained 4 kgs, my husband 3 kgs. We had a Concierge cabin but it is no different from the Verandah cabin. The Concierge Lounge read more is really nothing to speak of. May be there is no need to spend the extra money. The highlight no doubt is the crossing of the Panama Canal. It was a bucket list experience. A speaker who has lots of experience with the Canal Authority guided us in his talk through the passage. A few places in the ship needs updating.
