Morocco Adventure

Morocco's biggest city sits right on the Atlantic coast and it's where your adventure kicks off. We'll meet you at the airport and get you to the hotel. Tonight's simple: meet your group, grab a bite, get excited. Big things start tomorrow.

Before we leave Casablanca, we'll visit Hassan II Mosque - one of the largest in the world and genuinely jaw-dropping. Then it's on to Rabat to see the Hassan Tower and the Mausoleum of Mohammed V, a masterpiece of Arab-Andalusian architecture. We'll roll into Chefchaouen that evening. Fuel up at dinner and get some rest - tomorrow's a good one.

Chefchaouen is exactly as photogenic as you've seen on Instagram, but even better in person. Here, we'll do a walking tour of the blue-painted streets and alleyways. Later, we head to Akchour Waterfalls for a dip in the refreshing mountain water.

Say goodbye to the Blue city as we head off to Fes, stopping at Volubilis, one of the best-preserved Roman ruins outside of Italy - columns, mosaics, the lot. Later we'll arrive in a city with all its local charm fully intact. No fuss, no tourist polish. Just the real thing.

A walking tour of the Fes Medina kicks things off today. The sights, the sounds, the smells - it feels like nothing's changed here in centuries. Then it gets hands-on: try your hand at pottery and zellige mosaic-making, two of Fes' most celebrated art forms.

As we leave Fes and head south, the views start shifting. We will leave behind rolling green hills for desert. It's a long drive down to the Sahara, so we break it up in Midelt. We visit a traditional Berber village in the foothills of the Atlas Mountains, where a local family welcomes you into their home with mint tea and snacks. Proper hospitality.

Small Change: Have tea with a Berber family in their village for a genuine cultural exchange that supports rural communities and keeps local traditions alive.

Today's the one. We'll continue our journey on to the Sahara, stopping en-route to visit another local family, who invite us in for lunch and provide a cooking demonstration of some local favourites.

After the feast, we continue on to what must undoubtably be a bucket-list moment – a night camping in the Sahara desert. A thrilling 4x4 drive over the sand dunes will take us to our camp. From the camp, you can take a walk in the desert, ride a camel and try out some sand boarding – all whilst watching an incredible sunset.

Small Change: Our camels are handled by local Berber families who have cared for these animals for generations - rested, well-fed, and treated as the working companions they are.

Wake up in the desert and head back out into the dunes for sunrise, then we'll take a short 4x4 drive back through the sand dunes to Merzouga. The afternoon is yours - pool, sun, do absolutely nothing, no judgement. Oh, and did we mention our hotels on the edge of the desert?

We're saying goodbye to the desert and hello to the mountains today. We stop at the underground water tunnels of Ouattou Khetaras and walk through the dramatic Todra Gorge - towering rock walls on both sides. We'll stop in Ouarzazate overnight, before heading further into the mountains tomorrow.

Ait Benhaddou has been the backdrop for Gladiator, Game of Thrones and about a dozen other productions. We do a walking tour here before heading up to the mountain town of Imlil. Peaceful, cool, and surrounded by some of the most stunning scenery in North Africa. Mount Toubkal, the highest peak on the continent, is right there.

Lace up for a hike through the Atlas Mountains, with views of snow-capped peaks stretching in every direction. Or, you can relax on the hotel balcony and enjoy the view. Then we head to Marrakech for a delicious cooking class, where you'll learn how to make your favourite Moroccan dishes from scratch!

Small Change: Cook alongside Chef Laila in her family home, where your visit directly supports a local family-run business at the heart of the Marrakech community.

Today we get to experience the colour and chaos of the medina on a walking tour - sensory overload in the best possible way! Souks, street food, the Jemaa el-Fna, and enough to fill an afternoon of wandering. Tonight we'll meet for our final group dinner, celebrating the incredible 13 days we've had together.

Our 13 day adventure from the north to the south of Morocco comes to an end. Those flying home will make their way to the airport, or keep living the dream and extend your stay in Morocco with our help and the new friends you've made.
