Your journey starts in Budapest. This evening, join us for a Welcome Cocktail, followed by a specially-prepared Welcome Dinner. In the evening, our illuminated cruise through Budapest will light up your heart, while your spirit comes alive with a spirited folklore show of local artists who dance, sing and enchant aboard.

Visit to Esztergom, the former imperial residence of Hungary

Enjoy a morning full of wonders in the Hungarian capital. Budapest, the "Queen of the Danube", enchants with her grace and architectural style. During the morning tour, see the State Opera House, Parliament, and Heroes Square. From the towers of Fisherman's Bastion, capture the beauty of the river landscape to carry home with you.

After lunch, join us for an excursion to the Hungarian countryside to explore the artists‘ town of Szentendre, and the former capital of Hungary, Esztergom. Should you choose to remain on board, enjoy an afternoon relaxing on deck, before arriving in Esztergom for dinner, where your fellow passengers rejoin the vessel.

Visit to historic old town of Bratislava

Dream peacefully as we cruise along. Upon waking, the capital of Slovakia greets you through the window. On our tour, the city reveals its magic. With St. Martin's Cathedral, the Grassalkovich Palace, and the Castle Hill, from which your view stretches across the city, land, and river. Afterward, a guided walk takes you into the heart of Bratislava – through baroque palaces, squares, and the many little treasures that make this city so remarkable.

In the afternoon, you can join us for a visit to a winery in the Little Carpathians and indulge in the region's delights. In the evening, a particularly elegant experience awaits: A waltz dance class on board, where you'll glide across the floor to the rhythm of the music and immerse yourself in the traditional Viennese dance experience.

Walk through the gardens of Schönbrunn Castle

There is much to see in Imperial Vienna: Palaces, a Museum Quarter displaying works by artists Egon Schiele and Gustav Klimt, the historic buildings along the Ringstrasse, St. Stephen's Cathedral and the famous Vienna State Opera among others. In the afternoon, choose to venture to Schönbrunn Palace, the sumptuous summer palace and gardens of Empress Maria Theresia and the Habsburg Empire.

This evening take the opportunity to attend the “Sound of Vienna“ and listen to the “Wiener Residenz Orchestra“ orchestra play popular pieces from Vienna's classical era — a perfect end to your Vienna experience.

Cruise along the romantic Wachau valley

The romantic Wachau Valley is one of the most beautiful landscapes of Austria, blanketed with vineyards and small villages. In the morning your ship docks in Dürnstein, with its blue medieval abbey on the edge of the Danube river. Wander through this quaint village or join a walking tour featuring a visit to the Dürnstein Abbey.

After lunch on board, enjoy breathtaking views from the sun deck as you cruise along the UNESCO World Heritage Site of the Wachau Valley. In the afternoon, visit the eye-catching Baroque Benedictine abbey of Melk. This Baroque jewel is filled with interior frescoes created by pre-eminent artists of the18th century, and a magnificent library with priceless manuscripts.

Excursion to the Mozart-town of Salzburg

Linz invites you to an exciting morning of discovery. Visit the Ars Electronica Center and immerse yourself in a world of innovation – from interactive installations to visionary technologies.

Nature lovers can join our active hiking tour around Linz, offering stunning views and fresh perspectives. Alternatively, accompany us to Salzburg and experience Mozart's hometown, framed by the sparkling lakes of the Salzkammergut – a day rounded off with a delicious lunch.

Bavarian evening on board

After breakfast, you'll look far beyond the horizon: On our tour through Passau, you'll discover regional delicacies and the unique charm of winding alleys and baroque masterpieces that continue to shape the city's landscape today. In the afternoon, the Veste Oberhaus beckons, standing high above Passau as one of the largest preserved castle complexes in Europe, offering the most beautiful view over the city. Back on board, you'll enjoy a hearty Bavarian evening with live music and regional delicacies.
