Departs: 3:00 PM

Seattle is a dynamic, urban city, located in the Northwest region of the United States on Puget Sound. This city is also home to modern architecture, captivating art, and their famously prominent coffee culture.

Top Things to Do in Seattle:

  • shop at the longest-running farmers markets in the US, the Pike Place Market
  • visit ‘The Seattle Spheres’, an indoor rainforest
  • explore the Starbucks Reserve and Tasting Room
  • visit the iconic ‘Space Needle’

NCL's ships feature up to 22 bars and lounges, each with its own unique vibe. Dance to the ultraviolet energy at Bliss Ultra Lounge. Sip champagne, sake or scotch. Lounge poolside with an umbrella drink. Play pool at the pub. Or chill at the Ice Bar. Follow your mood and mingle.

Ketchikan sits at the southern end of Alaska’s Inside Passage -  the canned salmon capital of the world, it’s a hub for fishing and outdoor sports. It’s also home to three tribes of Northwest Coast Indians, making it a great place to get a taste for the local culture.

Top Things to Do in Ketchikan:

  • visit Totem Bight State Park
  • venture past the town limits into Tongass National Forest
  • visit Ketchikan's own Saxman Native Village
  • a myriad of outdoor adventures from fishing to zip-lining!

Arrives: 9:00 AM Departs: 7:00 PM

Venture 'where the north wind doesn’t blow' and discover Icy Strait Point. This uniquely Alaskan port is one of the few places in the world where wildlife outnumbers the human population. Pine trees as tall as skyscrapers, humpback whales, eagles, wild salmon, black bears and more form the harmonious tapestry of life in this Alaskan hinterland. Ships will dock at this port.

Top Things to Do in Icy Strait Point:

  • brave the world’s longest zipline, ZipRider
  • go whale watching
  • visit the Alaskan native village, Hoonah
  • hike, bike or kayak through the wilderness

Arrives: 7:00 AM Departs: 5:00 PM

Sitka is nestled on the west side of Baranof Island. As the east is covered with snowcapped mountains and the west is surrounded by the Pacific Ocean, recreational fishing and hiking have become what Sitka is most famous for. As well as their historical landmarks, picturesque views and authentic dining experiences.

Top Things to Do in Sitka:

  • visit Sitka Totem Park, home to authentic Tlingit and Haida totem poles nestled in a rainforest of giant Sitka spruce trees

  • explore Sitka via kayak

Arrives: 9:00 AM Departs: 7:00 PM

Skagway was Alaska's largest town with a population of about 20,000 during the gold rush in 1898. Hotels, saloons, dance halls and gambling houses prospered. But when the gold dwindled, so did the population.

Today, Skagway has less than 1,000 residents and it still retains the flavor of the gold rush era.

Top Things to Do in and around Skagway:

  • steam train from Skagway aboard the "Scenic Railway of the World"
  • excursion to the Klondike Summit
  • gold panning & dog sledding

Endicott Arm, a narrow fjord 80km/50mi southeast of Juneau, sits within the Tracy Arm-Fords Terror Wilderness area and spans over 48km/30mi in length, with one-fifth of it draped in ice.

Witness the grandeur of tidewater glaciers, including the Dawes Glacier, at the fjord's head, where colossal ice chunks calve into the waters during the summer. Ships gracefully navigate this glacial wonderland, surrounded by icebergs of various sizes.

Protected by the Tongass National Forest, Endicott Arm shelters diverse wildlife, from bears and deer to seals and seabirds. Glide through the fjord, encountering lush forests, cascading waterfalls, and snow-capped mountains, offering an immersive snapshot of Alaska's untamed beauty.

Panama Repositioning Cruise 0 , QLD, Australia, Sep 2025
This was a brilliant 3 week cruise. The vessel, amenities, food and stateroom were perfect. Only 2 negatives, due to 2 Hurricanes we were unable to get into the Mexico Ports and Costa Rica had its port closed by officials. But apart from that, we had a great time and saw a lot of amazing things. We are now looking for our 2026 holiday. And of course, read more many thanks to Rachel McSorley for her fantastic organising of the cruise and flights.
