A great holiday and well worth the effort. 1

A great holiday and well worth the effort. The walks are challenging but we all completed them in reasonable time. I was the slowest on the group with some unexpected issues with my shoes. Make sure you bring some good ones!
The food at hotels was very bland. Is Moroccan food really so devoid of spices? I was expecting great food. Did you try and give European food as I would far prefer to eat proper Moroccan food including breakfast. That was the most disappointing aspect of the holiday. Otherwise fab.
Too much travelling in bus and not enough cycling in my opinion.
You really have a wonder guide in Matteo. I would be interested if you start a new trip that would include Tramonte and Puglia, another part of Italy I would like to explore.
This is my second trip with Explore, and it was every bit as good as my first one. I'm now deciding where to go on my third one!
This was my fifth trip with Explore and one of my favourites by far. Explore continue to remain true to their original ethos, and I'd recommed them to anyone looking for a fantastic touring experience.
Our trip was beyond our expectations - some of the walks were challenging but every step was worthwhile as the scenery was amazing.
Have not travelled with explore for a number of years but the experience was just as I remembered everything sorted and feel you really get under the skin of a country .
We enjoyed our first Explore holiday and Mike was one of the best guides we have had.
It does say on the trip notes about the levada walks not being suitable for people afraid of heights, but it might be useful to show just how high up, and how narrow the paths are!
Memorable for all the right reasons. 1

Because of the nature of the country and the heat, this could have been a very tough trip, but Abhay's knowledge, humour, style and ability made it memorable for all the right reasons.
Too much free time in La Paz. 1

Too much free time in La Paz. I enjoyed the trip and Machu Picchu is amazing but I think the itinerary could be improved.
Could easily have been a day or two longer.

Trip could easily have been a day or two longer, including Dana nature reserve and Jerash. Bikes could be updated.
An amazing visit - nothing that disappoints. The people we met really made the trip (including fellow team members). It was nice to have some free time too.
A thoroughly enjoyable and thought provoking trip in the best tradition of Explore.
Really good tour. 1

Really good tour with sufficient space for recovery when sick, respite from heat or additional visits if required. Least enjoyed Delhi and Delhi hotel but everything else was excellent. Please give more advice and information for early arrivals as they are on their own and advise explorers to exchange some money at the airport if not provided at the hotel.
A perfect trip for our family, the children were a good age for this trip at 15 and 17.
Again, even families need down time. On our journey there were 8 kids (ages 10-18), all in good health and very eager to travel. This trip was non-stop, so a day (or half day) of rest would have been nice. Our evening at the Kasbah Itrane would have been a great place to relax.
I had a great time on this trip. 1

I had a great time on this trip. We were a small group of 10 so had lots of space on the two trucks and great views on safaris. Andre and Sydney worked brilliantly together on the trip and ensured that everything went to plan. They both are very knowledgeable about Africa, the animals and culture.
