What might be helpful is to provide a map of Sri Lanka as part of the pack. We often found ourselves looking at maps at the train stations and others, trying to track our movements on the tour, and what the terrain looked like. We would recommend that leech socks be provided by Explore as standard.

Leech socks are definitely needed and were provided by the guide - if we had known this we would not have gone to the expense of buying our own. Other than that we had an amazing time and would definately recommend this trip to others.
