Head up to the top of Mt Wellington on a guided tour, where you will visit the observation shelter and take in panoramic views of Hobart, the River Derwent and surrounds. This evening, enjoy a Signature Experience dinner at Mures Upper Deck overlooking Victoria Dock. Stay Two Nights: Crowne Plaza Hobart (D)

Signature Experiences:
  • Celebrate the first day of your journey in style at Mures Upper Deck, Hobart's award-winning seafood restaurant overlooking Victoria Dock and the charming Hobart waterfront. Savour an elegant meal of fresh Tasmanian seafood accompanied by outstanding local produce.

Tailor your holiday your way by choosing a Freedom of Choice activity. (B/L/D)

Freedom of Choice:
  • You may wish to visit Port Arthur Historic Site for a guided tour. Discover the history and notoriety of this World Heritage Site as you explore its most significant buildings, including the penitentiary, church and the notorious Separate Prison. Take a boat cruise around the Isle of the Dead and hear haunting stories about the convicts who served time here. Or you may prefer a delicious day out discovering Bruny Island's cultural heritage and irresistible local produce on an all-inclusive gourmet wilderness adventure. Meet local food producers and sample their fare. At lunch, admire sweeping views of Adventure Bay while tucking into famous Bruny Island oysters and a delicious menu including premium Tasmanian fish and chips, accompanied by a couple of glasses of quality Tasmanian wine, beer, cider or juice.

Reboard your private jet and fly over Tasmania's spectacular interior wilderness areas en route to Port Lincoln. Explore the coastal city famous for its seafood and pristine beaches on a tour before unwinding over a relaxing lunch featuring delicious Eyre Peninsula seafood with wine tasting. Afterwards, enjoy dinner at your hotel. Stay: Port Lincoln Hotel (B/L/D)

Signature Experiences:
  • Venture into idyllic Coffin Bay National Park for a day indulging in the best of this beautiful haven. Set off on a cruise where you'll learn about the Eyre Peninsula's seafood industry as you glide through crystal-clear waters to Coffin Bay's working oyster farm. See oysters plucked straight from the ocean and direct to your plate.

Board your private jet for the flight to Adelaide. Enjoy a tour of City of Churches and visit its most popular beach, Glenelg Beach, with its bustling atmosphere and stunning blue waters. Discover Adelaide Park Lands, the largest inner urban park system in Australia and one of the most complete examples of nineteenth century colonial planning. Finish your day with a delightful dinner at The Den inside the Mayfair Hotel. Stay Two Nights: Adelaide, Mayfair Hotel (B/D)

Signature Experiences:
  • Take a behind-the-scenes tour of the iconic Adelaide Oval which will have you captivated by the tales of history and sporting greats, as you look up at the 110-year-old heritage-listed scoreboard and imagine what it would've been like to ‘take the stage' on this famous hallowed ground.

Visit the beautiful Adelaide Hills and explore the stunning Mount Lofty Botanic Gardens, a popular destination for nature lovers with its spectacular gardens, and stunning views of the surrounding area. Enjoy walking through the gardens and spotting a wide variety of native and exotic plants, including rare and endangered species. Learn about the plants and their habitats.

Afterwards, visit the Mount Lofty Summit for more arresting views. Travel through the Adelaide Hills to the German town of Hahndorf for a Signature Experience. Return to Adelaide for an evening at leisure, perhaps inside one of Adelaide's many great restaurants (own expense). (B/L)

Signature Experiences:

  • Located just 25 minutes from Adelaide, Hahndorf is Australia's oldest surviving German settlement and still has a strong German flavour most evident in the small goods outlets, bakeries, pubs, restaurants, and cafes that line the bustling main street. Enjoy a lunch of traditional German fare and soak in the atmosphere of this unique village that brings a touch of Europe to South Australia.

Fly from Adelaide to the Western Australia capital, Perth. Enjoy a tour of Perth and Fremantle, both urban and bustling cities with a unique edge of raw beauty and proximity to beautiful seaside vistas. Celebrate your journey with fellow guests at a special farewell dinner at your hotel this evening. Stay: Perth, Ritz-Carlton (B/L/D)

Ferry from Perth to Rottnest Island, the idyllic island playground popular with locals and tourists off the WA coast. Rotto, as it affectionately known, is home to beautiful beaches, a dazzling array of native flora and 'the world's happiest animal', the quokka. Get to know the island on a tour before time at leisure. Perhaps snap a selfie with a quokka, explore the island by e-bike or take a dip in one of its many stunning beaches.

Later, return by ferry to Perth, where your tour concludes. (B)
