Very much appreciated Jemma arranging our cruise and providing excellent information and details on the itinerary. We think Holland America should inform non American travellers about the Crew Appreciation deductions and the taking out of money from our account without informing us. This temporarily suspended our account. Otherwise the whole experience read more with staff and entertainment and food was highly satisfied.
Holland America is only 1 of 2 cruise lines that is permitted to head into Glacier Bay, a highlight of the Alaska cruise that is not to be missed. Apart from that, the cruise line offers numerous dining options, many of which are fine dining selections. The wine packages that were for purchase featured high-quality wines from around the world.
