If you are uncomfortable with this or consider the relevant staff member is unable to address your concerns you can lodge a complaint with Global Journeys below.

Global Journeys is an Agency Member of the Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA), and every cruise consultant at Global Journeys is also individually CLIA qualified.
