Palma de Mallorca offers a rich cultural heritage inherited from the Romans, Moors and Catholics who lived here successively since 123 BC. Wander the narrow cobbled streets of Palma's casco antiguo, and admire its elegant archways, grand historic palacios, medieval churches and charming squares. Freechoice: Soller walking tour: You will depart from Scenic Eclipse towards Soller village; a beautiful place nestled in the mountain range. Explore this small village with lovely bars and shops, the town hall and the pretty church of San Bartolome. Walk through the village to reach Can Det. This Oil Mill is one of only three mills of its kind, still in the hands of the same original.

You will see the traditional method for producing olive oil using stone mills, wicker mats and a hydraulic press. Last, but not least, you will savour the traditional Majorcan delights, all handmade. Valldemossa and Son Marroig tour: Valldemossa is one of the most beautiful villages on the island. Your local guide will walk with you through the village before visiting the famous Carthusian Monastery, which is now a museum.

The museum's collection at the monastery is well worth a visit, and includes original music sheets of Chopin's, and manuscripts by George Sand. Continue to the Son Marroig, a typical 16th century Majorcan mansion. This stunning estate is renowned for its picturesque setting on the slopes of Mallorca's northern mountain range and offers spectacular views of the coastline. Palma de Mallorca tour: Begin your walking tour in the Jewish quarter, discovering the story of the amazing neighbourhood called “Call Maior”.

Visit the second largest Gothic Cathedral in Spain, built more than 500 years ago. Drive towards the Bellver Castle, a magnificent medieval fortress from the 14th Century. The Tower was used as a Royal summer?retreat?and its dungeon?later?provided a?less comfortable home for criminals and political prisoners. Thanks to its excellent site, the Castle offers a spectacular panoramic view over the city and the Bay of Palma. (B/L/D)

Life on Menorca is dictated by the slow and gentle waves that lap on the shorelines. Breathe in history during a walk through the old town and gain insight into the great past of the town. Freechoice: Cultures of Menorca: Discover the island of Menorca—a slice of paradise in the Balearic Sea. Finish in Mahón and walk through town with your guide. Mahon, Torallba & Xorio cave: Embrace the timeless beauty of Menorca on a journey that showcases the island's best views and most inspired landmarks. Start at Monte Toro, the highest point on Menorca. Take in sweeping views and hear tales of the supernatural before visiting the mysterious "taula" of Torralba, a great stone monolith created millennia ago.

From the ancient world, discover Menorca's fun-filled present at the Xoroi Caves, cliff-top caverns that have been transformed into a favourite entertainment spot. Soak up the views, and hear the epic love story behind the Xoroi Caves.

Discovery: Hiking the UNESCO biosphere reserve: Visits several archaeological sites of the Talayotic culture of Menorca. Declared a Biosphere Reserve in 1993, you will have the opportunity to explore well preserved rural and natural environments. See the necropolis of Cala Morel, located in a beautiful cove on the north coast.

Visit the site of Torrellafuda, an emblematic archaeological site surrounded by an imposing wall, where some towers and lintels doors can still be observed. Biking tour in Binibeca: Visit the picturesque villages of Punta Prima, Biniancolla and Binibeca, along with the crystal-clear beaches. Visit a natural swimming pool, rural farmhouses with their charming typical Menorcan houses, and the spectacular Son Ganxo Tower, an 18th century defence tower, now transformed into a hostel. Freechoice: Discover Bibo Park & the Aloe Vera secrets: Enjoy a guided tour at the botanical garden of “Bibo park, including a tasting of different types of water, such as Water from the Sky of Ibiza. Learn about the Pitiusa lizard and the reasons for different colours of subspecies, and what we can do to protect this important animal from snake attacks.

Continue the tour at the Ibizaloe Aloe plantation dedicated to the cultivation, manufacture and sale of cosmetic products made using Ibizan Aloe Vera from their certified organic plantations. Enjoy a fantastic artisan soap workshop followed by a Mojito tasting (alcohol free) before returning to the ship. Organic Farm & cheesemaking workshop: Visit a small farm run by a local family where you will learn about its present and its past. In a fun and relaxed workshop, you will make your own cheese from scratch.

We will take a short drive Santa Eulalia, a coastal town on the eastern coast of the island, where you can unwind walking along the seaside promenade, enjoying the views. Dalt Vila walking tour: Discover the medieval charms of Old Town Ibiza, otherwise known as D'Alt Vila, on a narrated walking tour.

This UNESCO World Heritage Site is best experienced on foot with an intimate stroll that explores narrow lanes, steep cobbled streets and sweeping terraces overlooking the town and bay. From the city's main square, set out to discover this medieval realm. Stroll past the great 14th-century cathedral and witness the exquisite Episcopal Palace. You will also see the historic Town Hall, the ancient Convent of the Dominicans, and many other landmarks.

Discovery: Ibiza Bike Tour: Meet your local guide for a bike tour around the sites of Ibiza. Ride to Playa d'en Bossa and view the Towes of sa Sal Rosa. Continue to the Natural Park of Ses Salines and ride through this Natural Reserve, enjoying the panoramic views, before riding to D'alt Vila. (B/L/D)

Once inhabited by the Romans, Cartagena is recognised for the wealth of ancient sites in and around the city. Roman murals and mosaics adorn historical villas while late 19th century architecture complements the picturesque Mediterranean coast. Freechoice: Walking tour of Cartagena: Walk along the sea wall to reach the Town Hall Square and the main avenue, admiring interesting modernist buildings from the beginning of the 20th century. Visit the most important Roman archaeological site in the region, The Roman theatre, built between the fifth and first century BC and is a proud reminder of the city's Roman heyday. Walk to the heart of the city and learn some of its history.

Murcia: Settled by the Moors in the 9th century and conquered by the Christians in the 13th century, this bustling city offers an array of architectural delights. Visit the Cathedral in the Square, where you will see the three different architectural styles, Gothic, Renaissance and Baroque. Next to the Cathedral you'll see the Episcopal Palace. The Royal Casino of Murcia is one of the most historic buildings, situated in the heart of the city.

Pass through the Squares of Santo Domingo and Romea and have some free time for a stroll on your own before boarding the coach to return to Cartagena. The Andalusian-Spanish Horse: This beautiful ranch will delight you with the magnificent steeds of the ranch, pure Spanish-bred horses with fine bloodlines and a graceful appearance.

Looking and even touching the broodmares in free with the foals, the impressive stampede show, the Spanish Horse Training and the art of managing stallions are some of the episodes you will enjoy during the visit to the ranch. Be treated with an Andalusian dancer and a stallion performance.

Discovery: Kayak tour: The southeast corner of Spain where Cartagena is situated offers you the opportunity of immersing into an amazing adventure of sea kayaking. Join a local and kayak through the area surrounding the former fishermen village of Cabo de Palos. Biking tour: Cycle around Cartagena city center to admire the beautiful streets and squares, climbing to Conception Hill to get astonishing views of the port and the city.

Stop at some of the highlights of the city with your knowledgeable guide that will give you some information about each of your stops. Surround the old 19th century old Bull Ring, the 18th century defensive wall and the fishing port to arrive to the little cove of Cala Cortina (B/L/D)

Explore the city of Málaga on Spain's Costa del Sol, with more than 3,000 years of history, this 15th century merchants' centre is today a vibrant cosmopolitan city. Visitors flock to the region for its sunshine, and artistic roots. The city is the birthplace of Pablo Picasso, and proudly pays homage to the virtuoso with a dedicated museum. Uncover gastronomic delights such as “tinto de verano”, an iced summer wine and wander the streets filled with architectural delights from colourful baroque designs to historic Roman theatre. Freechoice: Walking tour of Malaga: Delve into the art and architecture of Málaga on a guided walking tour. Visit the Museo Picasso Málaga and see the difference in work throughout his life. Visit Málaga's gleaming white-stone cathedral that was built over the two and a half centuries and seen in the mix of Gothic, Renaissance and Baroque architecture.

Captivating Malaga guided by an archaeologist: Enjoy Malaga guided by an archaeologist that will explain you about this legendary city's best-known attractions, including buildings of Mudejar and Gothic architecture, lovely parks and the bullring. Mijas and artisan chocolate tasting: Journey towards Mijas, a beautiful whitewashed village nestled 400 meters above sea level. Visit the charming chapel of Virgen de la Peña, a small grotto church located in the carved rock.

We will pass by the bullring, visit the local Catholic church and enjoy the impressive panorama from the balcony of Mijas. After the walking tour you will visit the Mayan Monkey Mijas chocolate museum where we learn about the history of chocolate and demonstration of industrial revolution aged machines which we still use today.

Cherish the planet: Bravoliva and Juanito orange farm: Visit the oil factory Bravoliva, where we will learn about the production process and will have the opportunity to taste the exquisite virgin olive oil Aceite de Ardales, praised by accredited olive oil tasters. Enjoy the incredible scenery as we continue to the orange grove, Juanito Orange, that will allow you to learn everything about the ecologic production of oranges, lemons and grapefruits, while you have fun taking part in instructive activities and savouring freshly picked fruit.

This fantastic rural journey will end with a delicious paella lunch, the favourite dish of the local people during outings in the countryside, cooked right in front of you by Juanito's staff.

Discovery: Guided biking tour: Join a guided bike tour and discover the best of Malaga in just a few hours. See parts of the historic city that traditional tours simply can't reach. Begin from the present day and wind your way back through 3,000 years of civilization. Manoeuvre through narrow Arabic streets, learn about the history and culture of Malaga and hear funny anecdotes about this charming city and its fun-loving people. Caminito del Ray hiking: El Caminito del Rey was named for King Alfonso XIII, who walked across the original pathway back in 1921.

Built between 1901 and 1905, the path was cut right into the stone walls on either side of El Chorro gorge with a suspension bridge connecting the two paths. With a new, reinforced pathway built right above the previous path, it's now one of the area's most popular destinations. Don a hardhat and begin the adventure. (B/L/D)

Start the journey at the Real Maestranza de Ronda, stroll around the city and finish at Mondragón Palace, the most significant civil monument in Ronda. Walking Tour of Marbella & San Pedro Alcantara: Marbella dates back to Roman times, a period from which abundant archaeological remains are to be found.

Stroll through the city with a local guide, seeing historic highlights such as the two towers and the castle walls, Our Lady's Church, and Chief Magistrate's House. Visit the densely-populated San Pedro de Alcántara district and learn how life began in here as a settlement to house colonists working in the sugar cane and cotton plantations, and in the sugar mill, while exploring historical monuments like the Parish Church or a colonial style building dated from 1866.

Artisans of the sea: Behind the steps of Scallops: In this amazing journey you can appreciate the organic farms of scallops in Estepona. Visit a traditional fishing port and learn about the fishing trade and ecologic aquaculture in Andalusia. Board a local boat and sail to the sea farm, seeing how the local mollusk behave, move and make sounds similar to the typical Spanish castanets.
