Itinerary

Jamaica’s North Shore is one of the Caribbean’s most popular destinations. The crowd-pleaser is Dunn’s River Falls, which empties into the sea on a sandy beach. Floating on bamboo rafts along Martha Brae River, Doctor’s Cave Beach, golf courses and the Rose Hall sugar plantation manor house are other major attractions. Your journey into wonder begins with a warm greeting by the crew as you step on board Scenic Eclipse. Please book your flight to arrive into Montego Bay prior to 02:00 PM.

While sailing to Colombia make the most of the services and activities on board Scenic Eclipse. Stay in shape in the fitness centre, treat yourself in the Senses Spa for a day of pampering or tempt your palate in wine tasting. (B/L/D)

This tiny island off the Colombian northern coast is a flashback to the raw Caribbean of the past. Locals proudly share tales about Providencia's colourful history of pirates and treasures. Evenings are spent at a reggae bar, baseball game, or a restaurant. The island's natural delights include hiking, swimming, and diving in the Sea of Seven Colours. Spanish is one of the native languages, but English and Creole English are also spoken. (B/L/D)

Little and Big Corn Island are well-known to surfers. Located 43 miles off the Caribbean coast of Nicaragua, this palm-tree paradise offers the chance to explore a relaxed island lifestyle revolving around the beach and marine life in spectacular reefs. (B/L/D)

Bocas del Toro captivates with its primitive atmosphere, tropical vegetation, biodiversity and ancient customs. Many races and ethnicities, from its indigenous people to Latino, live in harmony in this lovely, multicultural archipelago. (B/L/D)

Guna Yala, also known as the San Blas Islands, is governed by Panama’s Guna indigenous group. The narrow territory on the Caribbean side of the country comprises 365 islands, of which only 50 are inhabited by Guna people. (B/L/D)

From the comfort of the luxurious Scenic Eclipse, get an up-close, first-hand experience of sailing through the Panama Canal. The French started construction in 1880 but the project was abandoned and taken over by the United States in 1904 before finally opening a decade later. Now managed by a Panamanian government authority, the canal links the Atlantic to the Pacific Ocean using three levels of locks to raise ships to Lake Gatun, in order to avoid the long and treacherous journey rounding Cape Horn. A transit of this engineering marvel is sure to be a memorable experience for all guests. (B/L/D)

Around 250 small islands make up this archipelago in the North Pacific Ocean in the Gulf of Panama. Discovered in 1503 by the Spanish Conquistadors, the islands are named after the abundance of pearls found off the shores. Famous for tranquil beaches, untouched forests and wonderful coral reefs offshore – ideal for diving, snorkelling and kayaking. The largest of the islands is Isla Del Rey, followed by the privately owned Isla San José. (B/L/D)

Fuerte Amador is a manmade causeway extending into the sea at the Pacific end of the Panama Canal. Disembark after breakfast as you farewell the crew and take away memories of a truly unforgettable cruise. Please book your flight to depart out of Panama City after 11:00 AM. The itinerary is a guide only and may be amended for operational reasons. As such Scenic cannot guarantee the voyage will operate unaltered from the itinerary stated above.
