“Excellent tour through New Zealand by Coach, Train and Boat”
- VIC, Australia Oct 2019

Booked our Grand Pacific 19 day tour through Global Journeys (a first for us who usually like to do it ourselves)! The whole experience from booking through to the holiday and return was simple and worry free. Amazing job by Global Journeys who never once balked at all my questions!! (Joke, they were excellent). The Grand Pacific tour was excellent, well run with great food and accommodation. While the pace was full on we loved every minute of our trip. Our highlight being the helicopter flight...read more

“Coach Tour of New Zealand”
- VIC, Australia Sep 2019 2 Helpful Votes

Fantastic trip all around. From the easy booking with Jemma at Global Journeys, no question was too stupid! The bus tour with Grand Pacific Tours was exceptional. The care & consideration of all of their staff was A1. The bus drivers Murray & John were the best you could ask for, their expertise and driving skills were second to none & their local knowledge and entertaining banter was great. Tour guide Kerrie was fantastic & she went over & beyond what was expected to make sure everyone was looked...read more

“New Zealand Rail Coach and Cruise tour of North and South Islands”
- NSW, Australia Feb 2019 1 Helpful Vote View Photo

We had a fabulous time and can't rate our tour guide, Dave Taylor, and coach drivers, Kevin and Andrew, highly enough. They went out of their way to keep everything running like clockwork. We also had a lovely group of travellers with us.
Thanks Madeline for helping us with the booking and all else you did to make things run smoothly. We would certainly book again with both Global Journeys and Grand Pacific Tours.

“New Zealand rail, cruise & coach tour”
- QLD, Australia Sep 2018 1 Helpful Vote

We had an amazing trip. Our concern was that we were doing this trip so early in the season but our fears were groundless. Apart from the last few days when it became showery and Dunedin was cold and windy the weather was perfect. As this was the first tour of the season, there were only 28 on the coach and the snow covered alps were awesome. Derrick, our tour director, and Lindsay and Peter the coach captains, were exceptional. Last but not least, our thanks go to Jemma for organising the trip...read more

“Great trip of both islands”
- NSW, Australia Feb 2018

New Zealand is certainly a beautiful country, and a great way to see it is with Grand Pacific. The accommodation and food were all excellent and so much of the countryside we travelled was quite spectacular.
The mornings were a little early (6am), sometimes after late dinners. This made things a bit difficult when many on the coach became sick, including our guide, who carried on regardless and did her best for all of us. Some of us found the coach on the north...read more
