You stay in a 3* boutique hotel, nestled in the heart of Chablis. In a region known for its epicurean finesse, you will enjoy fine dining. At the gastronomic restaurant and at the hotel's Bistrot, you will be able to taste Burgundy's excellent local dishes such as Oeufs en Meurette, Poulet de Bresse a la Creme, Perche aux Noix and of course exquisite cheeses like the pungent Epoisses de Bourgogne, to pair with the region's incredible Pinot Noir and Chardonnay wines.

Itinerary
Surrounded by the famous vineyards that produce dry white wine, Chablis is a fine example of a medieval Burgundian village. Visiting the Obediencerie, a former monastery built in the 9th century, will whet your appetite before sitting down at the hotel's restaurant to savour local gastronomy. You stay at Hostellerie des Clos (Breakfast and evening at the hotel Bistrot restaurant meal included) (D).
With nearly 100 appellations, Burgundy wine is distinguished by its great diversity (of both red and white) and 'climates,' shaped by soils and very specific geographical properties. The Grand Cru trail, is an easy walk that overlooks many of the Grand Crus plots, and gives a quick glimpse of the Chablis landscape with its vineyards and forest paths.
