Itinerary
Early this morning, see where our creative florists source their flowers, with a visit to a wholesale flower market. The market provides cut flowers, foliage, plants and sundries to the flower industry. We arrive in Geelong this afternoon and explore the Geelong Botanic Gardens, which places a priority on its sustainability and low water use.
This evening, our Botanical Guide, Sophie Holloway, leads us in a private demonstration of the art of flower arranging. Sophie has a passion for floral design and was a member of the management team at the Mandarin Oriental HK, where she oversaw the floral displays and seasonal decorations. Learn all about the tricks of the trade before enjoying dinner as a group. Stay: Geelong, The Novotel Hotel (B/D)
