Tour Director David and Driver Jacek were very professional and knowledgeable in their respective jobs. It was a pleasure to have them leading the way in what was a fantastic experience.

A sensational trip with the highlight a week in Norway sailing the beautiful fjords and travelling through snow clad mountains. The entire trip was a joy, with a very knowledgeable and energetic tour guide, skilled driver, lovely hotels and good meals including many included dinners. Hannah made booking trouble free.

Really enjoyed my trip. The tour guide was knowledgeable, our driver Zoltan was excellent and we all felt in the safe hands. Hotels weren't good in all locations. Expected better hotels for the amount I paid particularly as a single supplement I paid extra. The number of Optional tours was high, some could be included in the tour package.

It is difficult to find words to describe the natural and cultural environments I saw and experienced on this trip: mind blowing, stunning, breathtaking, amazing, beautiful.... The tour director was hands down the best I have ever been with. Knowledgeable and personable.

The hotels were fine. This is my 6th European tour and I have come to accept ...read more that rooms are smaller and more basic than Australians are used to. All hotels on this trip had comfortable beds, decent pillows and amenities. I would suggest not travelling at the height of summer as the Scandinavian hotels do not have air conditioners. The meals were unbelievable - the best in my experience thus far.

We were a big group - 48 in all made up of Americans, Australians, Canadians, Malaysians and Singaporeans. We quickly bonded to become this touring family. This camaraderie was great since I travel solo. We covered much ground so the usual drawback of long travelling days applied to this tour as well. However in saying this we did have 4 two night stays which made the three travelling days a tad more bearable. The tour director also had the knack of identifying travel fatigue and organised frequent pit stops to see something ‘special’ along the route. Highly recommend this tour.

This was a really great tour. I enjoyed the various places we visited in Denmark, the incredible scenery in Norway and the tours of interesting places in Stockholm. Everything went without a hitch, from the booking with Global Journeys to the travel with Trafalgar.

Scenery was amazing. Both the diver and tour director were excellent. This is our 5th booking through Hannah Campbell of Global Journeys. Fast and efficient. Once again many thanks to Hannah.

The Travel Director, Jenn Payne was efficient and professional in in all aspects of our holiday, including ensuring we followed the prescribed itinerary fully, her attention to the needs of all 48 travellers, and her knowledge of the significance and history of each place visited. Our Global Journeys travel consultant Leanne Duffield provided excellent customer service in terms of booking, ticketing and general communication.

We very much enjoyed our time away. Particularly impressive was the quality of our tour director - a very personable and knowledgeable person. We consider ourselves very fortunate to have had her.

Overall a great Tour & our Tour Director Jacqui was extremely amazing with her knowledge of Scandinavia. What was even surprising was that Jacqui is actually from Melbourne. Tour covered a lot of ground with many 8 or 10 hour days. I would have preferred a slightly longer tour with some more free days to allow extra time in major cities. We returned from a Scandinavian trip about a week ago. It was an excellent tour, where we learned a lot about Scandinavian countries and explored fantastic views of Northern nature, especially in Norway. Catrin was also very kind and friendly and helped all tourists to get comfortable on a trip. She set up and maintained a nice & friendly atmosphere within the group. We'd also like to make a note about a high professional level of our driver Laslo. Our only comment is that stay in the main cities could've been longer, particularly Oslo, where we stayed only one night, that definitely was not enough to explore the town.Trafalgar service was great. All booked hotels were of good quality and located in town centre, that was very convenient. We didn't need to take care about carrying our baggage, that was excellent. When we'll be planning our next holiday as an organised tour we'll definitely turn to Trafalgar.

This was our first trip outside of Australia and our first coach tour. It was very well organised, excellent tour director, Amanda kept us well informed and amused with her stories. From our own point of view we didn't like the add on excursions that you pay for once the tour has started. We prefer to pay up front for everything before we start the tour. Yes we would tour with Trafalgar again and have recommended it to friends. Global Journeys consultant Georgie did all the bookings with no hassle and kept us informed.

Our Trafalgar tour was very well organised and the accommodation was of a high standard. Enjoyed the whole trip, especially Norway. The only other comment I have is the tour should be a 12 day tour and not 14 days as the first and last days are only airport transfers.

Thank you for your excellent organisation of my Trafalgar tour last July. The weather was not the best for the whole trip (which is to be expected). Scandinavia has a long way to go to catch up to no smoking conscious-Australia. Coach driver was brilliant. Tour director managed 41 timing-wise well but not always with a good sense of humour. I liked the 'choice' aspect of Trafalgar side-tours and did most of these when they were scheduled out of the cities we visited. Best side trips were Troll's Road and the Norwegian family experience.
