Booking with Global Journeys helped with our decision about which tour and travel group to use in Italy. Trafalgar was great and we had a fantastic mix of folk from everywhere in the world. This is a great tour of a beautiful country with some interesting experiences however, the best of these were the optional extras and it was generally felt some of these should be included in the tour costs. Accommodation was good apart from Agrigento where the hotel was very low standard compared to other tours I have experienced. It is too far removed ...read more from the town which meant dinner options were quite limited and the staff didn't speak English and weren't prepared to assist in any way if there were problems. The included meals were of a good standard but far too much too late in the day.

Dealings with Global Journeys and Hannah were professional, efficient and always there to assist with any questions. I have dealt with Hannah at Global Journeys for a number of years now and would highly recommend her guidance and assistance. There are other issues regarding this tour which I will take up with the office.
