Canada is an amazing country. The tour does a loop through the Canadian Rockies, and the scenery changes every day. OMG, what an adventure we had during our Rockies tour, from beautiful scenery, to Snow at Sun Peaks in July to the ice explorer and walking on a Glacier to seeing bears, our group was amazing our Tour Director Heather- Fabulous and our Driver David outstanding.

This trip was far more than we ever expected. Our driver Adrian and hostess Shelley helped to make this special. Every corner of Canada is an Ooh or Aah moment. Tour guide Brad was amazing and gave us a lot of information about all the places we went. Brad often tells funny jokes too to make the coach tour more interesting. We had a good trip with Cosmos. The Rockys are very picturesque. The hotels were good, comfy beds. Be prepared for early morning departures and fairly long days. It was good that some of the sightseeing was included.

We would like to praise our tour director, Caterina Armeni who was the most amazing, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly person we have ever experienced on a Cosmos tour. Even if we had rain, Caterina brought sunshine with her every morning as we got onto our coach. The actual tour itself was wonderful and we got to visit so many places we had only seen in pictures but in real life, the magnificence of the Canadian Rockies is breathtaking. We had the bonus of early snow falls which did not cause any problems with our travelling, but added even more beauty if that was even possible. Day to day travelling on this tour was not long and we were able to enjoy each destination on arrival, with plenty of time to explore beautiful towns like Banff, Jasper and Whistler. Some of the included excursions were a tour of the Summerhill Winery in Kelowna, the beautiful Lake Louise, an explorer shuttle onto the Athabasca Glacier and time at Butchart Gardens in Victoria. There were many optional tours to choose from and it was hard to decide which ones to take but our favourite would have to have been a Seaplane Glacier flight in Whistler.

For excellent value for money its hard to look beyond Cosmos and booking with Global Journeys is a no brainer, they always do a perfect job of organising every tour we have taken with them and we can't thank them enough.

This was truly an amazing holiday booked through Global Journeys. All went very smoothly, took the worry out of us having to organise it and Global Journeys has so many trips so you can compare. This trip is a must ...read more I really liked the relaxed way, no meals were included but that did not bother us as there are so many places to eat, we took cereal with us, bought fruit and went out at night.

All the hotels were centrally located. The optional extras were not forced onto anyone you could do some or none completely up to you, the ones we took were so much fun. I never dreamt that at my age I would be zip lining through dense forest high up in the mountains it was just brilliant. Overall this was a well organised tour with a great tour director and I would not hesitate to book again with Global Journeys or Cosmos.

The tour was excellent from every angle, had a well informed tour guide & great driver which made the tour relaxing. Weather was excellent, and the scenery in Canadian Rockies is amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our coach tour of the Rockies. Booking online with Global Journeys was very easy and efficient. On the tour our guide Dan was very knowledgeable, not only about the area in which we were travelling, but he also gave us lots of information about Canada generally, all the while keeping us entertained with music, DVDs and the occasional ...read more quiz. Our driver Keith was courteous, helpful and always cheerful, but most importantly, a careful driver.

We loved how this tour had four free days which broke up the routine of early starts and sometimes long days on the coach. Those long days though were well paced with frequent stops. The accommodation was excellent with one exception being the Sandman in Vancouver. Some guests had good rooms, others not. Ours was small with no fridge or microwave. The air conditioning was noisy. The location of the hotel was good, however. We fully recommend this Cosmos coach tour.

This trip was my first overseas experience and it was fantastic. Elaine Wright the tour director was fantastic and was extremely knowledgeable and had everything and all 43 travellers organised and on time every day. Mike the driver was great as well. We were first time travellers with Cosmos and I have to say we were both pleasantly surprised. In fact we really couldn't fault them. This was a great tour, suitable for all ages. It covered a large part of Canada, filled with amazing views and great experiences while not being too physically demanding. I highly recommend this tour for the convenience of having the same tour bus and extensive local knowledge of the tour guide and driver throughout. Having booked this tour to celebrate a milestone birthday, it was a easy booking experience, with our many queries quickly answered and accommodations made as this was the last part of a multi country long trip. Unfortunately, this was our last international trip before COVID but we are definitely planning to travel with Cosmos and book through Global Journeys again.

We took day tours with smaller tour companies where we saw plenty of wildlife especially bears and their cubs. Scenery is breathtaking, the Rockies really are beautiful with so many wow factors. Accommodation overall was comfortable and clean in good locations.

Our two week guided tour by coach through the Canadian Rockies in 2019 was amazing, and I am not just saying that. It truly was amazing. We were going to do it by rail, but we are so glad we did the tour by coach. It was more personal, more informative and way cheaper. All without losing any creature comforts.

By coach, we were able to see wildlife, like bears, coyotes, mountain goats and elk, and sights that a rail journey just couldn't provide. We added a 5 day stay in Vancouver prior to our coach tour. That is also a must, to see all the attractions Vancouver has to offer.

My wife and I cant speak highly enough of our trip and the service we were given by Cosmos and Global Journeys. We will definitely be doing another similar guided tour again in the near future. Thank you Global Journeys for making this possible.

We met up with our tour guide Sue and driver Keith (who had worked together before) in Vancouver. Sue's knowledge and Keith's very good driving skills and knowledge of the area we were travelling made our 13 day tour exceptional. I would recommend this Cosmos trip to anyone wanting a good all round experience. Breakfast was not included, to keep costs down. My only suggestion to Cosmos would be to add an additional charge for breakfast if one desired. Some of the driving days made it a very early start to get outside to purchase breakfast.

Booking with Global Journeys is always a pleasure. No question is left unanswered. We got our travel documents in good time. Madeline could not have been more helpful. We have used Global Journeys before and will use them again in the future.

I had a wonderful time on the 13 day tour of Vancouver, the Rocky and Blackcomb Mountains with our tour guide Sharon Sawatzsky. The Canadians are blessed with such a beautiful and picturesque country. The mountain scenes are majestic, magnificent and marvellous. The chain-saw sculptures were also something to admire too! The icing on the tour was the visit to the Butchart Gardens, Victoria. I really went for it and got almost everything covered in 1 1/2 hours as well as the gift shop, only realising later that I missed the Mediterranean Garden. But, never mind. I would go back there in a heartbeat.

There is only one minor criticism and that was an overload of commentary from the tour guide towards the finish. However, I understand that with that kind of 'everyman for himself tour', the bus is the only time she could get us together.

I was most impressed with the COSMOS tour. I went for almost everything on the additional excursions except for the trip to Grouse Mountain, which was cancelled for the 24th July, the Tree Trek Canopy Tour as there was a clash with the Zip Trek Bear Tour and the Peak2Peak Gondola Tour, which for me changed to the Gondola excursion up to the mountains as the Peak2Peak was out of order. I also did not do the Panoramic Seaplane Tour in Victoria as I was very busy with the Marine Wildlife tour and Whale Watching and the Harbour Boat Cruise in the evening as well as shopping for a new suitcase as the lock broke on mine early in the trip. All up I spent $1,480 on excursions.

The tour was great value for money. It included all accommodation costs and transport during the tour, including transfers to optional excursions. Our bags were handled to and from the coach which made the whole experience easy. We traveled during spring and we had expected to see the beautiful blue lakes. We were too early in the season to see these ...read more as they were still frozen, however this still made the scenery spectacular and the bonus was that there weren't any queues anywhere. We will be returning and completing the tour in autumn in a few years so that we see everything in a different season. It was fabulous.

This was an excellent tour with superb scenery throughtout the whole time. Two night stays in all the resorts was appreciated. Our tour guide Sharon was very good. She was very knowledgeable and helpful and friendly and added to the trip immensely. Only downside was that no meals were provided at all which added to the cost.
