Can't complain about Rachael but extremely unhappy about not getting to New Caledonia. Hobart isn't quite the same. Rachael was always eager to help.

Thank you Rachael for organising this trip for us. Faye and I really enjoyed the cruise. We didn’t want it to end! The crew were amazing as was the food and the shows. P&O knows how to give cruisers a good time! Once again, thanks!
APT booked a very good hotel in Adelaide - The Mayfair & The Novotel in Barossa were excellent as was the Glamping tent in Flinders Ranges at Wilpena Pound. Dinner at the restaurant in the camp was mostly tasty but a bit hit & miss at times, although when you consider how remote it is they did an excellent job with the variety of food presented. Staff ...read more there were friendly at all times. The scenery was beautiful. Our Guide & Driver Kym was wonderful, so careful with all driving, always looked after us all & was very knowledgeable, friendly & patient. A definite asset to APT in every way.
There were some guests (only 10 of in total so heaps of room on the coach) that did not enjoy the grazing plate meals but we thought they were fine. The food itself was very good, the wine tastings were well organised, the dinner at Seppeltsfield was great (beautiful grounds & buildings). St Hugo’s lunch was also a highlight but I think the dinner at Mt Lofty was too much food, still good but perhaps slightly pretentious. Very expensive wine, over $70 for 2 standard glasses of red wine (public holiday loading & c/c charges). The cooking class at Maggie Beers was very interesting & we enjoyed our time there, perhaps again too much food after eating the meals cooked in the demo. The drive through Brachina Gorge was amazing! Lunch in Parachilna was a standout too.
All in all the whole 7 days were filled with very interesting activities, different places to see, food was of a good standard & the group got along very well. Highly recommend the whole trip to anyone interested in seeing those parts of SA, but remember there is quite a bit of coach travel involved so not for everyone.

Great way to travel back to Sydney from Melbourne. We were quite impressed with Princess Cruises. Fantastic shows, food and service. Well organised and loved talking to lots of different people at the shared tables which were always available at different times. You need to book at all restaurants if you want to sit with just your party.

Amadeus cruises need to consider making a number of changes to provide better experience for guests. I have made those suggestions directly to them. Global Journeys were terrific by advising us everything we needed with plenty of updates and advice. Celebrity was a wonderful experience as we have never been on that long a cruise. The staff were outstanding and very professional. On board the activities were numerous and enjoyable which kept us active. The restaurants were amazing including the ...read more buffet. our special ones were the Tuscany Grille and the Murano where the food, service and staff were oustanding. Overall we cannot fault Celebrity except possibly the 20% gratuities! Thanks Global for organising our cruise.
Fantastic on Quantum of the Seas - with 2 teenagers in tow! So much for them and us to do. If we were on our own, we probably would choose a smaller ship next time as we were worn out getting to all the activities and we would travel when it isn't school holidays.! Our stateroom was good quality ship standard, but if you like a soft bed, ask for an extra bed topper! (I found out on our last night we could do this!) We discovered that if you book the tours through the ship, it costs more, but when it comes to the tender boats to go to ports, they got the preference. At Port Vila there was only 2 tender boats going back and forth which took 1 hr each - for 5,000 people!? Our tour was booked for 8.30am and we finally arrived at port and left for our tour at midday. (The tour people waited and arranged alternative for us (we were up at 5.30am to beat the rush!) They put 10 tenders on coming back onto ship. Other than that, well worth it! Global Journeys certainly made our travels easy with the way they handled our booking and documents -thank you Hannah.

My wife and I did a 15 day Grand European River Tour with Viking. They were fantastic and would highly recommend this river cruise. All the staff were wonderful and the food was fantastic. We travelled from Amsterdam to Budapest and went thru 68 lochs.
The scenery was spectacular. Our highlights were Vienna and Budapest. Will be traveling with Viking ...read more again.

Fantastic trip, everything is perfect. There are so many shows and the services were good. Food was delicious. We will join again next time.
I had a wonderful time travelling with a lovely bunch of people on this AAT Kings tour of the South Island of New Zealand. Most of the accommodation was wonderful and the included dinners were great. Our tour director and driver were fantastic. The only drawbacks were that the front page showing the itinerary with scenic stops was misleading as it ...read more was showing that Mt Cook was a sightseeing stop which never happened as whoever drew the route to Mt Cook was incorrect and would have had to get there from Omarama. Also we were only given 30 minutes to walk there and back to see Franz Joseph Glacier. I did not enjoy the train journey and when embarking we did not get time to look at the station. Overall it was a great tour but more time for the essential sightseeing stops would have been great. I also enjoyed the extra optional tours on offer such as The Glenorchy Lord of the rings tour and the Kiwi Bird Park.
