New Zealand   , Australia, Oct 2023
I have just completed the 9 day New Zealand North Island tour and I was gutted at the end that I hadn't booked on to the 18 day one, as the whole trip was just amazing. I met some incredible people and did things I've never done before such as cold water swimming in Lake Taupo and white water rafting. I got to visit Hobbiton, which was a dream come ...read more true. Jay our guide was the best and the trip ran smoothly. The week is packed with activities but also enough down time to do your own thing. I will definitely be booking on to another tour next year! If you're unsure about booking, do it, you won't regret it! 10/10
Too little time in New Zealand   , CA, United States, May 2023
A wonderful one-week trip through the beautiful North Island of New Zealand. We came away wanting more. Our tour leader, Fernando, and coach driver, Matt, were capable and caring throughout. Matt did a terrific job driving us through flooded roads from the Bay of Islands to Auckland.

Highlights were our visits to the Waitangi Treaty Site, the Hobbiton ...read more Movie Set, and the Te Puia Maori cultural experience. Included meals were consistently good; however, stops for lunch "on your own" that left us with too little time to find a good meal in unknown small towns were rather disappointing. Hotels were clean, and had friendly staff, but were not the best -- bathrooms in particular had too little space and were not well designed.
Amazing experience on New Zealand tour   , VIC, Australia, May 2023
This was was first trip to NZ and I was a bit apprehensive this also being my first overseas travel after Covid. But the hostel was easy to reach. Our tour guide, Dave from Haka tours, was very helpful, attentive and knowledgeable. He made sure everybody in the group was comfortable and organised the tour very well. He arranged dinners and group activities ...read more for us. Was an amazing experience, will be going back to see more of NZ with them.
Action-packed way to explore New Zealand north island   , QLD, Australia, Mar 2023
I had a great holiday with G adventures. The itinerary had a good mix of different adventure-sport activities with several options for additional activities to do. I enjoyed the opportunity to cycle, hike and kayak around some beautiful locations. Black water rafting through the Waitomo caves was also a highlight.

Our guide, Taz, was very helpful ...read more in letting us know what times to meet up, where we would be going each day and also what things we might need to bring or wear each day. It helped make the holiday as stress-free as possible. The accommodations were also fairly decent in terms of facilities and locations.
