“Northern Lights Tour”
Seng - VIC, Australia Feb 2019
The pace of this tour was good and not too tiring with no early morning checkouts. I also liked it because all breakfasts and dinners were included in the tour. There were no other optional tours that we had to decide on because everything was included. We were lucky, there were only about 30 of us in the group. My main reason for taking this tour was to see the Northern Lights. Unfortunately we did not see the Northern Lights with our naked eyes, just some white cloud which the tour guide said ...read more

“Wow just wow!”
Judy - QLD, Australia Dec 2018
Our 6 day Iceland adventure with Intrepid was fantastic. Our local guide Karl was excellent and shared so much local knowledge with us. We travelled in a mini bus - a total of 10 guests and although we were the oldest guests we never felt out of place. We visited so many special places along our trip that we have many memories that will last forever. Intrepid certainly knows how to organise a small group tour very well and everything runs smoothly.

“A WOW holiday!”
Ann - QLD, Australia Mar 2018
This was the best tour I could have asked for. A small group of 12 fellow travellers with the most considerate and knowledgeable tour guide/driver. Iceland was the most magical place I have ever visited. The range and variety of natural sights was breath taking. The passion of STEFAN, our guide, really shone through.

Melisa - VIC, Australia Jan 2018
A week in an Icelandic winter did not disappoint despite the short daylight hours. The scenery, and ever-changing landscapes are just amazing so bring a big memory card. The weather is really unpredictable though, so pack clothing you can layer, thermals and good winter-proof coat waterproof boots. Trafalgar provide "crampon's" to fit over shoes so this definitely helped with the icy paths. I was surprised how expensive Iceland is so be sure to keep to stick to a budget as its very easy to overspend. ...read more
