The trip is a great overview of Europe. The pace is hectic if you do the optional extras. I understand that for the cost it is good value but some of the choices for the included tours were questionable. I feel they need to look at the Barcelona leg as it added a lot of travel for a very short time in the city. Some very long days on the buss but even with all of this I had a fantastic time. We saw so many sights that were amazing and travelling during Christmas and New years made the trip very special. We were lucky to have a fabulous tour group where everyone got on well and our tour guide and bus driver were fantastic. Georgie from Global Journeys was a pleasure to deal with, nothing was to much trouble.

This tour took us to lots of cities and we saw heaps of iconic places. The pace of the tour was very full-on, not much free time, no relaxing, but we never would have seen and done so much in the timeframe unless we had been on this tour. Cosmos were great, and I was pleasantly surprised that our accommodation was good everywhere and our breakfasts were also better than I expected. We started off in late September, that was fine, but towards the latter part of the tour the weather was getting colder and we had some rain ( but I suppose the weather is uncontrollable no matter when you go). This is not a relaxing holiday by any means, but if you want to visit the highlights of Europe in one trip this is it.

Beautiful locations, great group to travel and Leo our tour director was one of a kind; witty and informative. Paolo our coach driver did amazing job conquering the European roads and everyone's excess baggage! All hotels were nice and comfortable.

We started our tour in London and hit the ground running. Arrived at 5.30am and took part in 2 guided tours through Cosmos straight away that day as we could not access our room until the afternoon. Best thing we could have done. Really enjoyed the informative nature of the tour and it has fueled both our desires to see more of the UK. This set the scene for the rest of the tour, we took part in almost every optional extra that Cosmos had on offer. They were magnificent. We saw so much of Europe and it was absolutely amazing. For first time travellers it took the worry out of the trip, you were given a wake up call of a morning and had breakfast then off you went to explore what was on offer. If anyone is contemplating this tour all I can say is, go for it!!! Global Journeys organised everything on this end and I highly recommend them as travel consultants, not one hitch.
