We had amazing time, so sad to be home. Patrisha our Gide was great, Flávio our bus driver we all loved. Our hotels were pretty good and breakfasts were great in most places. Dinners were OK too. I think we got good value for money and we would do it again. Just loved it.

Our booking from start to finish was handled perfectly, our questions were answered promptly and everything was done for us. Thank you Madeleine (and Michelle) for all your help leading up to our holiday and for creating our stress free holiday.

The tour was fantastic, I would definitely recommend Cosmos for anyone travelling. Our tour director Truss was wonderful, she made the trip more enjoyable with her knowledgeable and amusing commentary. The places we visited were amazing, we ticked so many experiences off our bucket list! Riding the cable car up Mt Titlis in Switzerland and seeing snow for the first time, riding a gondola in Venice, walking up the Champs Elysee, swimming in the sea on the Greek islands. It was a very fast paced tour but we saw so many wonderful places in the 29 days. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

We had the best holiday ever on this magnificent 29 day European masterpiece. It was so well organised, we didn't have to worry about anything. Our tour director Truss was so well organised and had a great sense of humour. Our driver Flavio was such a wonderful driver, we all felt so safe in that big coach. So we would recommend this tour to anyone that has not been to Europe and wants to see so much in 29 days. Places that we would not have seen had we travelled by ourselves. The cost of the tour was very good compared to other companies and what was included. Well worth doing.

Trips to Pompeii, The Colosseum, The Acropolis and Olympia which according to the itinerary should have been morning tours were changed to mid afternoon in the hottest part of the day. We weren't impressed with the rude and aggressive attitude of the tour director being treated like small children did not impress me either. Having our dinner before checking in to our hotels on many occasions was most annoying considering the opportunity to have a shower and change of clothing before dinner was not possible. We felt that because of these complaints spoilt what should of been a much better experience. Considering the two tours we did in the USA covering greater distances between hotels we never had these problems at all. We felt that the changes to the hotel checking in / dining was not done for our benefit but more to suit the Tour Director and driver.

Great time of year to travel in Europe however there was a heatwave in Greece and 46 ° was unpleasant, overall the weather was hot and beautiful. The Tour Director, Patricia, was absolutely superb, knowledgeable, caring, warm and friendly, nothing was too much trouble for her, these people can often make or break a tour and she made it an unforgettable holiday. The Driver, Paolo, was brilliant, extremely smooth. The sights were glorious and lots of little extras thrown in.

Accommodation was not luxurious but clean, standard rooms. There was a good mix of friendly people on the Coach. Global Journeys handled the booking with consummate professionalism and I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending both them and the European Masterpiece as the holiday of a lifetime, it was quite simply breathtaking.
