We were very disappointed with the Omni Hotel experience as there was a mistake with the booking. Sleeping on a fold up bed is not $604 a night, goodbye experience! You have photo. The dining experiences were very poor as well as attention to detail with the experiences e.g. promising Champagne and serving Cava at the welcome drinks and more! This is the 3rd trip we have done with Insight Tours and yes we would travel with them again if the opportunity arises. There is always a good mix of people and personalities on the tours. The highlight for us was the extra helicopter flight over Niagara Falls and also loved Quebec. Unfortunately, because of the weather being so warm for that time ...read more of the year there was not a lot of Fall colours.
No complaints from us 1 , QLD, Australia, Jun 2015
Had a great time. Met some very nice people. Heather the tour guide had a great personality and was very knowledgeable. No complaints from us.
Very happy 1 , Australia, Sep 2014
Very happy with the Insight tour. The additional leg room really added comfort. Wifi on the coach was fantastic. Our tour guide Adam Chivers really helped to make our tour, his personality and customer focused communication was very good. Adam's ability to bond a tour group is unique, a diverse group travelled well together.
