The dinner buffet from 6.00pm Sunday to Thursday provides a variety of mouth-watering fare made from fresh Tasmanian produce in a relaxed dining atmosphere with views over the docks and Derwent River.

Hobart's premium seafood buffet is available for dinner from 6:00pm Friday and Saturday evenings. The buffet features sensational fresh seafood including prawns, local Tasmanian oysters, sea run trout and cured salmon along with gourmet meat platters, salads and a selection of fresh Tasmanian vegetables.
