Magical Evenings On Board
Aboard your European Travelmarvel cruise, sunset doesn't signify the day's end - it merely marks the beginning of yet another fabulous evening of our exciting and varied onboard entertainment program. When the colours of the sky fade and the stars start to sparkle, the Main and Observation lounges onboard the MS AmaLegro combine to form a Showroom. Here, you're able to immerse yourself in performances that offer amazing insight into the cultures of Europe. As you cruise, relax to the classical sounds of the violin during a performance from La Strada; and let the 'Sound of Austria' trio introduce you to classical opera. In Dietfurt, Nuremberg or Regensburg, Bavarian performers will introduce you to local songs, dance, music and dress.
In Budapest, Hungarian folklore is brought to life by excellent gypsy violinists who will entertain you during dinner with their traditional and uplifting music. And when you're in Bratislava, Aphrodite - a quartet of young women - will come aboard and perform an eclectic range of music on a variety of classical instruments.
Insightful and Intriguing Light Entertainment
On many cruises, you'll have the chance to experience an expert glass-blower give an illuminating demonstration of his craft. Become part of the action with the Bavarian Beer Experience, as young Bavarians arrive with a variety of beers for you to sample. They provide a humorous explanation of beer making as well as its importance to the Bavarian people. You may also learn how the locks of the waterways function during an insightful lecture presented by the ship's captain.
And although the style of entertainment may vary, the outstanding quality doesn't - it's the perfect complement to each day's discovery.
The Soothing Sounds of Piano Throughout
For the entire cruise, a professional pianist is based in the Observation Lounge, quietly playing soothing music and some old favourites for your relaxation and cruising pleasure.
Note: some performers may not be on all departures. Immerse yourself in performances that offer amazing insight into the cultures and traditions of the region you're visiting. |
