Terms & Conditions:
1. Airfares listed are based on the Etihad Earlybird to Europe and are per person return economy fares and must be purchased in conjunction with a Trafalgar or Insight Vacations tour.
2. *Full air payment (incl. taxes) must be made no later than 7 days after reservations or by 24 August 11, whichever is earlier. Bookings made between 24 August 2011 and 31 August 2011 requires immediate payment.
3. Fares are valid for departures 01 September 2011 to 24 November 2011
4. Prices are inclusive of government taxes, airline fees and fuel surcharges for direct flights only valid as of 29 July 2011 and are subject to change, availability or withdrawal without notice.
5. The prime booking code for Etihad is V class when travel is to London or Paris, and L class for travel to Rome. Travel is valid on any EY operated flights only or EY/VA codeshare flights, unless otherwise specified. EY code share services within Europe are also permitted – must be booked under the applicable EY flight number. Services ex SYD/MEL are direct to AUH. Services ex BNE are via SIN to AUH.
6. Stopovers are permitted in AUH and SIN, and at specific EY gateways. Additional taxes apply for stopovers.
7. Non refundable deposit $250 applies to all new land bookings. Before departure, re-booking / re-routing permitted at AUD50 per change. Bookings may also incur additional fare, tax and surcharges, subject to fare reassessment. All amendments will incur a Trafalgar/Insight amendment fee of $35, local fees may apply.
8. After ticketing, cancellations and refunds are permitted subject to an addtional AUD200 cancellation penalty, on top of normal tour cancellation fees.
9. Etihad Guest Miles may be accrued, subject to the terms and conditions and program rules.
10. Single Supplements apply on the tour portion.
11. This offer is not combinable with Insight/Trafalgar’s Early Payment Discount, brochure discounts, tours to Egypt, Turkey, Israel, Greece & Jordan or any other promotional offer.
